An LHLN certificate, searchable by its number
Good Fortune Halal is an overseas halal certification body (LHLN) under a mutual recognition agreement with Indonesia’s BPJPH. After a company passes the audit, the certificate is issued by the LHLN body in accordance with BPJPH rules and carries a unique certificate number; certificate details can be searched by the number in BPJPH-related systems.
The use of the certificate and mark is limited to the product categories and validity period stated on the certificate. We do not use wording such as "equivalent to official" or "valid everywhere"; companies should rely on the rules and search results published through official BPJPH channels.

Key fields on the certificate
- 1 Unique certificate number: the certificate identifier, with registration details searchable by number
- 2 Company name and production address: consistent with the application information
- 3 Certified product categories and scope: the products covered by the certificate
- 4 Issue date and validity period; annual surveillance must be completed as required after certification
- 5 LHLN body stamp and registration information
- 6 Verification guide: search by certificate number in the relevant system
- 7 English version stating the authorized certification scope, convenient for business use

Mark rules
BPJPH halal mark usage rules
Certified products should carry the halal mark on packaging and marketing materials in accordance with BPJPH rules
Usage requirements
- The mark must match the prescribed standard design; do not modify, stretch, distort it or add other elements
- Place the mark in a prominent position on product packaging; keep it clear and unobstructed
- The mark may only be used for the categories stated on the certificate — not across products or beyond the certified scope
- If annual surveillance is not completed before expiry, or certification information changes, suspend use of the mark and follow the required procedures
- When the mark appears in e-commerce pages, posters or brochures, show the certificate number alongside it
- Apply the mark to each minimum sales package as required, keeping products traceable in circulation
Improper use of the mark may affect certificate validity; please follow the mark usage rules officially published by BPJPH.

Certificate & mark maintenance reminders
After certification, keep in mind these four routine compliance items
Complete annual surveillance on time
Contact the issuing body about annual surveillance procedures 30 days before the certificate expires, so mark use is not affected.
Report changes promptly
When the company name, production address or product formulations change, submit a change application and follow the reissuance process.
Obtain mark source files
Contact us for the standard mark source files or certificate sample notes, and use them by the templates.
